      • The trading names Leotards Unlimited (Reg 1986) and One White Swan (Reg 2010) are hereafter referred to as ‘the Company.’
    2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
      • By accessing this site or placing an order by any method, direct or indirect, you acknowledge that you understand and accept all Terms, Conditions and General Info on this Site and your continued use or access of this Site constitutes acceptance of any changes that may be made to this Site at any time.
    3. Intellectual Property:
      • This site and its contents are the intellectual property of the Company and Copyright 2023. All rights reserved.
      • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or copy any photo, description, costume, or accessory on this Site without express written permission from the Company.
    4. Site Functionality and Security:
      • The Company is not responsible for any computer virus or malfunction caused to your computer by you accessing this site.
      • You are prohibited from uploading or transmitting viruses or any other type of malicious code that will affect the functionality of this site.
    5. Colour and Image Representation:
      • All care has been taken to display the colours and images of products correctly. However, the Company does not guarantee that your device’s display will provide an exact replica of the texture or colour of the actual product.
    6. Accuracy and Corrections:
      • In the event of typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, shipping charges, delivery times, and availability on this Site, the Company reserves the right to cancel orders until such time as any incorrect information is changed or updated.
    7. Contact Information:
      • By supplying your contact details to the Company, either through an order, an email, by phone, by message service or by written word, you are agreeing that you may be contacted using any of those methods.
    8. Sizing and Product Advice:
      • Any oral or written information or implied advice provided regarding sizing, care, or end use are recommendations based on the current knowledge of the Company and information provided by suppliers.
      • Reliance on this advice is at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to ensure the items you purchase are suitable for their intended use and the care you can give them.
      • The Company is not responsible for any damage or consequence due to the use or misuse of any product or information on this Site.
    9. Delivery and Risk:
      • Delivery of a purchase is deemed to have been made at the time the Company ships the goods to you, and all risks pass to you as soon as the goods leave our premises.
      • The Company accepts no liability for loss, non-delivery, damage during transit, delays in delivery, or any subsequent consequences due to loss, damage, or delays.
      • The Company will however co-operate with any transit company to provide information about your order and address in the unlikely event that your order is not delivered.
      • Should the transit company accept a claim on any undelivered or damaged goods, the Company’s compensation to you will only be in the form of replacement goods of the same value. Cash compensation is not offered under any circumstances.
    10. Delivery outside New Zealand:
      • The Company is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or further delivery fees that may be incurred by Customs and/or Delivery Agents once your order arrives in your home country.
    11. Privacy:
      • By New Zealand law, the Company must keep a record of your name, address, and details of any orders and payments.
      • Beyond this lawful responsibility, all client information is kept completely secure and confidential by this Company.
    12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution:
      • New Zealand Law applies to all our terms and conditions.
      • Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in New Plymouth, New Zealand, by a sole arbitrator appointed by the President of the Taranaki District Law Society, and any decision will be binding on all parties.
